The Valley State Bank was established in July of 1897. Randal D. Morley (Chairman of the Board) and Douglas Morley (President) lead a professional staff to help you with all your banking needs.
The Valley State Bank was established in Belle Plaine, Kansas, a small town with a population of about 1500 residents. In 1990 the bank expanded and opened a branch location in Wichita, Kansas enlarging its customer base and offering more convenience. In 2006 the bank expanded again and opened a branch location in Derby, Kansas.
